Wanting to make changes.

Your desire to work and help yourself depends on your will. Sometimes you have to work hard to develop your self esteem. If you are feeling sad or depressed you are probably thinking about something you have lost. Usually you have lost something that is important to your feelings of self esteem and happiness. Such as an important relationship through death or divorce. Your emotions result more from the way you view things than from what happens to you. That simple idea can help you change the way you think and feel. For example. Someone tells you, “Your house has been robbed.”. If you believed him, how would you feel? “If someone tells you, “Your house has been robbed.”, and you choose not to believe him…because he has shown no proof…how would you feel?
