Think of one small thing you can do that has a massive impact on you and those around you.

This could be refusing to text anyone after 9pm. Writing a small to do list for the next day. Writing an acheivement list that you’re satisfied with, perhaps just 2 activities, rewarding yourself with an icecream, calling your mum to say Hi.
